Shipping Policy

Every Signed Sealed Gifts necklace and message card is made to order just for you. Here’s what to expect after you place your order.

Free Standard Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Production Time

Your order is printed, assembled, and packaged in 1–4 business days (up to 5 business days during peak holiday weeks).

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes an estimated 2–5 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 3–9 business days of being placed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Holiday Ordering

For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 10. This is a recommended date, not a guarantee — carrier volume during the holidays can cause delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order goes into production.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll help make it right. Optional Package Protection is available at checkout for added peace of mind.
